We had this eFoil up for sale recently. There were a few interested buyers who requested more pictures, so we went and got some.... Only to discover two puncture wounds in the eFoil board :(

Gutted is an understatement. We're not sure how this has happened but what we do know for sure is that it happened on dry land. I think it's been hit whilst in our shop but honestly, I don't think I'll find out as nobody has came forward.

So this leaves us in an interesting position. We could have the board repaired, but we are going to be travelling a lot this Summer and don't have the time.

Or

We sell it as is, damaged and everything on show for a cheaper price for someone out there to repair.

As you can see from the pics, the rest of the board is in extremely good condition with very low use.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. All sales on eFoils / Hydrofoilers are final and cannot be returned. Obviously defects within manufacturers warranty are covered.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
